Restaurants with the Highest Favorability Rankings
Americans now spend more money dining out than on groceries. And fast-food restaurants are capitalizing on this trend, offering lower prices, speedy service and more healthy ingredients. Whether you prefer a burger, pizza or chicken sandwich when you’re grabbing food on the go or you want a sit-down meal with a beer and a server to bring it to you, the United States is peppered with many chain restaurant possibilities. But what is most remarkable is that in the past few years, fast-food venues are catching up to sit-down restaurants when it comes to customer satisfaction. And while we do, for the most part, still prefer a full-service restaurant when dining out, the gap is closing, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index for 2017.
