There is a reason many people dream of living in San Diego or retiring to Honolulu. The weather is warm, and you know it will never snow. If you want to live where the weather is (mostly) good with moderate temperatures and plenty of sunshine, check out this list compiled by the editors of U.S. News and World Report. It’s cloudy. It’s raining. When will the sun shine? Probably not tomorrow in these cities. Using data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s National Centers for Environmental Information, the team factored in the average number of cloudy days and the average number of days above 90 or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit. Those with the fewest cloudy days and the most balanced temperatures made the list. The top 10 U.S. cities with the best weather:
